HAPPII LLC provides services focused on helping businesses grow through three core offerings:
We help entrepreneurs develop leadership skills, improve business operations, overcome challenges, recognize opportunities, and work toward their personal and professional goals.
We help businesses develop tailored growth strategies, refine their value propositions, identify opportunities for expansion, and make informed business decisions.
We help individuals develop a growth-oriented mindset, improve adaptability, address limiting beliefs, and pursue personal and professional development.
Specific services, deliverables, and engagement terms may be governed by separate agreements between HAPPII LLC and the client.
As part of our services, HAPPII LLC may communicate with users regarding inquiries, coaching programs, appointments, service updates, educational resources, events, and other relevant information.
Communications may occur through email, telephone, SMS/text messages, or other available communication channels.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the email or by contacting us at [email protected].
SMS communications are subject to the additional terms in the SMS/Text Messaging Terms section below.
HAPPII LLC SMS Messaging Program
HAPPII LLC uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with individuals who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and provide the applicable consent through website forms, booking pages, applications, online intake forms, or other clearly disclosed consent-based methods.
The messaging program may include separate service-related and promotional messaging categories. Consent to one category does not automatically enroll an individual in the other.
Where the appropriate permission has been obtained, HAPPII LLC may send service-related SMS messages concerning:
Responses to inquiries.
Coaching consultations and appointment scheduling.
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Coaching program and service updates.
Requested follow-up communications.
Educational information related to a requested service.
Other communications directly related to a user's inquiry or service relationship.
These messages are intended to support requested services and interactions.
With separate, express promotional SMS consent, HAPPII LLC may send promotional messages regarding:
Business coaching services.
Growth strategies and business development resources.
Empowered mindset programs.
Educational resources and content.
Events and special offers.
Company news and updates.
Promotional SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or receiving services.
Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional SMS messages. Agreeing to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional text messaging.
By selecting an applicable SMS consent checkbox or using another clearly disclosed consent method, you agree to receive the category of messages described in that disclosure from HAPPII LLC at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions, requested services, and messaging preferences.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply depending on your plan. Contact your wireless provider for details.
SMS consent is voluntary. Where consent is collected through a checkbox, the checkbox must be optional, separate from acceptance of these Terms, and unchecked by default.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
After a valid opt-out request is received, HAPPII LLC will stop sending the applicable SMS messages, subject to any limited message necessary to confirm the opt-out or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
If you wish to receive messages again, you must re-enroll through an available consent mechanism, where applicable.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier, mobile device, network availability, and other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or without delay.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information is not used to authorize unrelated third parties to send their own marketing messages.
We may use messaging providers and other service providers to facilitate delivery of messages and operate our services. Such providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide the requested services, subject to applicable privacy commitments and requirements.
We may maintain records of SMS consent, including the mobile number, consent date and time, consent source, consent category, messaging preferences, and opt-out requests. These records may be retained as reasonably necessary to administer the messaging program, honor preferences, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
SMS messaging is not monitored as an emergency service and must not be relied upon for urgent assistance. Do not use text messages to report an emergency or request immediate crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing our services, submitting a form, or opting into SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect information from or provide SMS communications to individuals under 18 through this program.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by HAPPII LLC or its applicable licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for the purposes permitted by your applicable coaching agreement and these Terms.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties, express or implied, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.
Business coaching and growth strategies provide guidance and support but do not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HAPPII LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of our services after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
HAPPII LLC seeks to operate its services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding consumer protection, privacy, communications, and business coaching.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
